Effective Date: The date the Terms are posted in the Game or App and/or the date indicated within the Service.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations of the Company and you (the “User” or “you”) in connection with your use of the mobile game(s) and related services (apps, websites, in-game services, etc.) (the “Service”) provided by the Company.
By installing, accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Company may revise these Terms at any time without prior individual notice, provided that the changes do not materially reduce your rights under applicable law. The Company will notify you of revisions by posting the updated Terms on the Service and/or via in-app notice or email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You represent and warrant that you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction or otherwise require parental or guardian consent, your parent or legal guardian must agree on your behalf. You must register an account (“Account”) if required by the Service and provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your Account credentials and for all activity on your Account.
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial
entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.
You must not:
reproduce, duplicate, copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the Service or any content therein;
reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Service or any of its components;
sell, rent, lease, distribute or transfer the Service or any part thereof;
use cheats, automated scripts, bots or other unfair methods to play the game;
engage in any unauthorized transaction of virtual items, currencies or benefits outside the Service.
If you violate these Terms, the Company may suspend or terminate your access, restrict your Account or take other remedies.
The Service may include free features and paid features such as in-app purchases of virtual currency, items or premium services. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Virtual items or currency are not redeemable for real money or equivalent value outside the Service and confer no ownership, rights or shares in the Company.
All right, title and interest in and to the Service, including but not limited to software, visuals, audio, text, graphics and in-game items, are owned by the Company or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to such intellectual property beyond the license expressly set forth.
The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Service or delete your Account if you violate these Terms or for other legitimate reasons (maintenance, fraud prevention, etc.). Upon termination, the license granted hereunder ends and you must cease all use of the Service. The Company is under no obligation to provide refunds or compensation unless required by applicable law.
You agree that the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event will the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Service. The Company’s total liability under these Terms for any claim shall not exceed the aggregate amount you paid (if any) for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Company’s separate Privacy Policy, which you must review and accept. By using the Service, you consent to the Company’s collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without liability. You agree that the Company is not responsible to you or any third-party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court (Seoul, Korea) as the court of first instance.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Failure by the Company to enforce a provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service.
